Kingston were one of the early adopter of the British Canoeing’s membership portal. We initially started using it to slowly move away from paper membership forms to a more secure and GDPR compliance electronic system. Being early in the process has allowed us to give feedback and shape how the system works, which has been great.
Since COVID it has been invaluable, adding an extra element of COVID security and participant tracing: Allowing us to plan session, take payments in the safest way.
