Dave & Andy: Racing 100km and Raising Money for Dove House Hospice

Paddle with Purpose! 

Dave Rawding and Andy Davies from the Kingston Kayak Club, will be the first British crew to compete  in the 19th Võhandu Ultra-Marathon on 20th April, 2024. Competing against 1500 participants.
Our goal?  To support the incredible work of Dove House Hospice.

 

Why Dove House Hospice? Dove House Hospice provides specialist care and support to those with life-limiting illnesses, offering a sanctuary during the most challenging times. They extend their compassion to the children of patients, ensuring no one faces these trials alone.

 

Our Challenge:

  • Starting before dawn
  • A gruelling 100km paddle through Estonia’s stunning landscapes.
  • Tackling four portages and six white water sections.
  • Aiming to complete within a 10-hour
  • Finishing close to the Russian border.
