14th to 16th August 2009 At Burrs Activity Centre
Burrs is a canoeing activity centre set in a country park approx. 90 miles away with easy access motorway all the way.
Lots of different activities. E.g. Canoeing on white water or canals – orienteering – rafting – polo pitch – fishing – some nice walks.
Camping in Burrs Country Park Paddock. We will be hiring portable toilets and have use of Burrs Centre Showers which also has a flush loo.
Cafeteria open on site 11.0am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday.
Local pub max 50 yards away, which has its own restaurant with food at reasonable prices. Open Lunch time and evening.
