There is a plan to go to the Tees Valley to stay at the Kingsway Centre at Middleton on 27-28th Feb 2010 for a weekend of social boating (personal development for the coaches)
The accommodation is close to Middleton, so we can book a meal at one the pubs there for the saturday night (TBC). See link below for details on the Kingsway centre.
It is not the current plan to exclusively book the whole centre for the weekend, but it is usually only canoe clubs that use it in the winter.
Cost for the accommodation for the weekend is £ 30.00. I plan to do a communal cooked breakfast ( I will sort that out nearer the date). We will have a wide range of paddling and outdoor activities to choose from.
