Sebastian’s 12-Mile Paddle for Children in Need!
We’re incredibly proud to announce that one of Kingston Kayak Club’s junior paddlers, Sebastian Coultas, is taking on an amazing challenge to support Children in Need!
Inspired by what he saw on TV, Sebastian has set himself the goal of completing a 12-mile expedition along the River Hull on Sunday, 13th July 2025. His route will start at Frodingham Landing, paddle upstream to Brigham Bridge, and then follow the River Hull all the way to Tickton and the Crown & Anchor Pub.
Sebastian is a familiar face around the club — always eager to try new paddlesports, regularly attending slalom training and competing in marathon races. This distance will be his biggest challenge yet and a fantastic opportunity to put into practice the vital skills of endurance paddling, nutrition, and pacing. He will be supported by KKC Coaches throughout the journey.
