Night Paddle FLAT WATER TRIP North Frodingham 6.30 p.m. Friday 9th April 2010 Further Details from Joy & Geoff Tel: 505587 joyandgeoff@davis2.karoo.co.uk  Thanks to the generosity of club members paddling at pocklington canal on sunday 21st march 2010 we were able to donate £50.00 for the sport relief mile. Pocklington Canal Thanks to everyone who gave. This challenging canoe race allows you to race your heart out whilst marvelling at the wonders of the industrial revolution. The race route runs anticlockwise from near Macclesfield along the Macclesfield canal to Marple then follows the Peak Forest, Ashton and Rochdale canals into Manchester joining the Bridgewater canal at Castlefield. The route heads out to Pocklington Canal Sunday 21st March 2010 Meet at Melbourne for an 11 a.m. start Suitable for all abilities, beginners welcome Please remember it will still be cold so wrap up sensibly and bring a change of dry clothes and a hot drink with you.
